Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January which makes it the fourth-largest pure-play beauty company worldwide. 76% of the combined company will be owned by its shareholders. The deal will be subject to regulatory approvals.

As the chief executive of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is responsible for growing the company's international presence. He was previously a Vice President-Supply Chain for Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led the transformation of Natura from a traditional direct-selling company to a more modern, leader sales digital company. The company's digitalization resulted in increased productivity and the implementation of 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will let the company leverage its brand synergies, expand its product portfolio and reach 200 million customers around the world.

To ensure that the company is on the right track for the next phase of growth the company has appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global operations and stewardship of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo was employed for over twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held a variety of positions, including Vice-President Supply Chain. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations and Logistics in the company.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not a person who asks questions later, but rather spends his time first.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and a member of its top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience running a top cosmetics brand and is well-positioned to manage Avon's global operations.

Avon CEO Susanne J. Johnson, has been a long-time advocate for women around the world and has taken up the concept of gender equality. She has been involved in numerous campaigns to create positive changes for women in different countries across the globe. One of the most well-known are those that combat violence against women and to promote economic empowerment for women.

In addition to her leadership role at Avon Cretu has also held leadership roles at various other companies. She has been the Vice President for South-East Europe, Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, and General Manager of several regions.

In the last year, she was acknowledged for her contributions to the company's mission, earning her the title of CEO of the Year and winning the Management Today Champions of Change award. She has also been recognised as a Leader Sales for Change in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

Avon's CEO is passionate about helping women with beauty. To date the company has donated US$1.1 billion to fight against breast cancer. Not just does Avon contribute money, but it also allows employees to voice their opinions without fear of reprisal.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue to lead Avon's mission to empower women while also accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking the responsibilities from Roberto Marques, who has been appointed Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is one of the most senior executive leaders at Avon. He joined Avon in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will be reporting directly to the position.

Before joining Avon, he spent several years at Unilever. He has vast experience creating consumer-focused businesses and setting up these in emerging markets. In addition to his role at Avon He is also an investor and board member at RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also oversees the development and implementation of a brand new social selling approach that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he was in high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004, he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands within the company. He was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which introduced innovative products such as Pro Age.

After his tenure as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he was promoted to an international position. From 2006 to 2008 he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. In this time, he was based in New York.

Prior to that, he was the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included driving sales, defining the brand's Latin American strategy, and supporting the development of innovative products such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and rich history and an extensive selection of products. However, one area of Avon that stands out in recent times is its Health and Wellness division. This segment of the direct selling universe managed to snag a whopping 33.5 percent of sales in the last twelve months and that's due in no small part to the leadership of the CEO Scott White. On a bigger scale, this is a big deal. It's not surprising that the venn chart of the company’s four operating segments is a craze for innovation and an excellent opportunity to select the most inventive and ambitious members of the executive club.

James Scully

Avon has made a number of significant changes to its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer, resigned to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also searching for a permanent CFO.

Avon Products has announced that James Scully will become its new executive vice president, chief financial officer. He will report directly to Sheri McCoy Chief Executive Officer and will be in charge of all aspects of finance as well as information technology.

Avon has established a brand new headquarters in London, and has taken a variety of steps to restructure the business. Under the company's new leadership, it has taken steps to reduce the leverage on its balance sheets and improve profitability. It has also stepped up cost savings initiatives.

In addition, Avon has entered into a strategic partnership with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., and will invest $435 million into the business over the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will be responsible for the company's supply chain across the globe along with all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's transformation strategy. This is an essential component of the company's growth strategy.

In addition to his leadership role at Avon, Jim Scully serves on the board of J.Jill. His new position at Avon will enable the company to follow its strategic plan. He brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Avon.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in e-commerce, complex customer management, as well as executing growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still in search of a permanent chief finance officer. Two interim executives were hired.
